PHILIP J. NECCI, JR.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERMr. Necci has over 30 years of experience within the financial services industry. Initially working on the floor of the NYSE for E.F. Hutton & Co., Mr. Necci became assistant vice president at Brokerage Clearing Services Corporation (BCSC) in 1988, where he managed the Reorganization Department, Internal Control and Securities Vault.
In 1990, Mr. Necci left BCSC and joined Financial Information Incorporated (FII) as executive vice president and managing director.
DAVID HANDS
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICERMr. Hands has nearly 30 years of experience in the global financial services industry with particular specialization in corporate action processing.
Mr. Hands worked for Morgan Stanley companies for over 13 years, overseeing corporate action processing, system development, ISO standards, and broker-dealer corporate actions. He then managed the Global Corporate Action Validation Service operations team at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Later, as a director of product management with DTCC, his role focused on corporate action data standards including ISO 20022 and XBRL. In January 2013 he joined Financial Information Incorporated as the director of new product development.
Mr. Hands is a sought-after speaker at conferences and seminars on corporate actions, and is an active participant in industry organizations and initiatives.
