PHILIP J. NECCI, JR.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERMr. Necci has over 30 years of experience within the financial services industry. Initially working on the floor of the NYSE for E.F. Hutton & Co., Mr. Necci became assistant vice president at Brokerage Clearing Services Corporation (BCSC) in 1988, where he managed the Reorganization Department, Internal Control and Securities Vault.
In 1990, Mr. Necci left BCSC and joined Financial Information Incorporated (FII) as executive vice president and managing director.
